A Tale of Two Visits
An award-winning TV documentary feature the visit of 20 Irish traditional musicians to Estonia in 1988 and a return visit by 25 Estonian traditional musicians in 1989. Commemorating 25 years since the events the film will open the Irish Film Festival in Tallinn with many of the musicians, who participated in the visits, attending with support of Culture Ireland. A small concert is planned at the opening as well as a discussion afterwards.
